Diamocycle Marketplace Return Policy

We’re deeply committed to an excellent customer experience. On Diamocycle Marketplace, this means both delivering gorgeous diamonds to our buyers and protecting our diamond sellers. 

FOR SELLERS

Our Diamocycle Marketplace Seller Return Procedure and Policy is as follows: 

Once you submit an inquiry form, you will be contacted by a Diamocycle representative to discuss your selling options:

  • Return Sale

    • The item will be listed at 100% of its current resale value, but can be returned should the item not meet the buyer’s expectations. 

  • Final Sale 

    • No returns will be permitted, and the item will be priced at 80% of its current resale value. 

 As a seller, you can either select both sales options or limit your item to a single sale option, whichever works best for your item. 

Once your item is listed, it will include your selling preferences. Payment will be issued 14 business days after the buyer has received the sold item. 

If an Item is Returned: 

Upon receiving a returned item, our Independent Diamond Lab will verify that the item (i.e. diamond + setting) is the same exact item that was originally issued to the buyer. If so, a refund will then be issued to the buyer and the item will be returned to the seller, as detailed in the chart below.

FOR BUYERS

Our Diamocycle Marketplace Buyer Return Policy is as follows: 

Based on an item’s sale options, a buyer can either:

  • Buy the item at 100% current resale value with the option to return 

  • Buy the item at 80% current resale value as a final sale (no option to return)  

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are permitted within 7 calendar days from the date that you receive your item.  Please note returns will not be permitted 7 calendar days after the item is received. 

Diamocycle Marketplace Return Procedure

If you would like to return an item purchased on Diamocycle Marketplace, please follow the following procedure: 

  1. Contact Diamocyle 

    1. Call 1-866-941-3684 to initiate your return. 

    2. After talking with a Diamocycle agent, we’ll send you a Return Authorization Email which will detail next steps and contain a paid-postage insured shipping label. 

  2. Package & Ship Your Item 

    1. Print Out Your Paid-Postage Insured Shipping Label

    2. Pack Your Item for Return. Please make sure to include: 

      1. Your Completed Invoice

      2. Appraisal and Diamond Certificate

      3. All Items Purchased from Diamocycle  

  3. Receive Your Refund

    1. Upon receiving your item, Diamocycle will verify that it is the item that is shipped to you. 

    2. Once verified, you will receive your refund amount as detailed in the chart below.
